Completed the last of the wheel blanks so there are now 16 made. |

To try to avoid mistakes I have written out procedure notes for the various processes need to make the buffers. |

Cut up the 8 1/2" axles that have
to be turned down to 12mm.
Cut up the 8 buffer blanks. 5 were then machines down and centre drilled then 6mm drilled then 2.65mm drilled ready to be 5BA tapped - the other 3 will be done next time for sure !!!! |
So we are making very good steady progress and hopefully the water jet cut parts will be with us at the weekend. |
